Tina Watkins ,” is a Dallas native. She is the oldest of four children. Tina has overcome major challenges in her life and now lives the life of a successful business owner &C.E.O of Queen Touch of blessing products :and a single mother of five who independently raised all her children to adulthood, and
all five of them now live productive and prosperous lives.
During her early years, Tina was a victim of sexual assault more than once. She also saw violence in her home. As a small child, she witnessed her mother shooting her father, but thankfully not killing him. As a 7 year old she recalls holding her mother’s bleeding head in her lap after a particularly brutal assault by her father. As a teen, she was beaten by her stepfather, and even had a gun held to her head. Despite all her challenges, Tina drew closer and closer to God, and stayed in church. 1) Tina has learned to praise her way through all her troubles.
2) Tina also had to learn to overcome trying to please other people. She says she did not want to be a man-pleaser but a God-pleaser.
3) One of her most effective strategies is that Tina does not allow her past to enter her present.
